"I found Statefarm through a third-party site (I don't remember the name) that helps you find low-rate insurance. In any case I was connected with Statefarm. I knew about them, because my family was insured by Statefarm and in 2017 we reported a care break-in claim and were reimbursed for the stolen property. I have an auto property damage claim (nobody was hurt, I hit a pothole/curb) through Geico, which sky rocketed my rate from 98/mo to 208/mo. Not even Geico's Driving Monitor was saving me. Richard, the Statefarm agent, took the time to listen to my concerns and with my clean record, aside from the claim, I was able to save 68$/mo'. Not to mention it was better coverage than what I had with Geico. I now have personal injury protection and a lower collision deductible (500$). Overall, Richard was easy to converse with, broke down the total cost and savings, assuring me that if I need anything to reach out as necessary. Growing up, I always thought the slogan was not catchingly-funny, "Like a good neighbor, Statefarm is there." But, now it's true too."
